8+ years expBirlasoft is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to deliver maximum value to customers by guiding multiple agile teams. The role involves coaching on Scrum principles, facilitating ceremonies, and managing traditional project management duties such as scope definition and budget oversight.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, PI Planning and Retrospectives
Guide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe/Scrum best practices and principles
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure sprint goals align with system requirements
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary
Monitor sprint progress and performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts)
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Transparency, and continuous improvement
Extract and document requirements. Author user stories and acceptance criteria
Ensure team members understand processes and support the team in following them
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt
Work with technical team and product owner balancing the interests of both when issues arise
Qualification
Required
Degree - information technology or business or related field
Exceptional people skills. Comfortable working with a diverse group of people and serve as arbitrator when conflicts arise
Understanding of financial controls needed in project management and consulting work
Practical understanding of how to scope and estimate work
Well versed in Application Management Process
JIRA deployment skills
Release Planning and Management including Forecasting future releases
End-to-End Delivery Management: Coordinate requirements gathering, Delivery Management, Escalation Management, Promote a culture of accountability
8+ years of Experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master
Management of more than one significant project at a time
Knowledge of SAFE Agile is required
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or equivalent certification
