Developing and managing effective training programs to meet manufacturing requirements
Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding processes for all shifts
Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously enhancing training materials
Maintaining accurate training records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Coaching and training employees to ensure proper understanding of standard work processes and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Have previous experience in Training and Development within a manufacturing environment (must have)
Are familiar with Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documentation (must have)
Possess strong computer proficiency for maintaining training records and creating materials (must have)
Can train across all shifts in a 24/7 plant operation (must have)
Preferred
Are bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
