Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for CCTV and Access Control solutions
Sell systems including IP cameras, cloud and on-prem access control, video management, and related security technologies
Conduct site walks and collaborate with engineering and installation teams
Build long-term relationships with facility managers, IT teams, and decision-makers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Experience in CCTV, Access Control, and Electronic Security solutions
Understanding of camera coverage, door hardware, and security best practices
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities
Preferred
B2B sales experience in electronic or physical security (CCTV, Access Control, Low Voltage, or Life Safety preferred)
