Responsibilities
Defining AI product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to business outcomes
Translating user needs and business requirements into model features, data requirements, and workflows

Managing model lifecycle considerations including training data, evaluation, iteration, and monitoring

Qualification
Required
Experience working with ML/AI concepts such as supervised learning, LLMs, model evaluation, and inference
Strong product discovery skills using user research, experimentation, and analytics
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, product analytics platforms, and model monitoring tools
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback and data
