Building and Land Technology is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Analyst to support their Asset Management team. This role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and operational performance across a portfolio of commercial assets.

Responsibilities

Support Asset Management team in monitoring and improving financial and operational performance across commercial properties

Maintain and update ARGUS Enterprise models, cash flow projections, and valuation assumptions

Build and refine property-level reporting, dashboards, and analyses in Excel

Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance reporting (actuals vs. budget)

Analyze leasing activity, tenant financial impacts, and market conditions to support strategy and decision-making

Track capital projects and assist in evaluating ROI and impact on NOI

Prepare materials for internal reviews, ownership reporting, and lender/investor requests

Support ad-hoc analysis related to acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and asset repositioning

Required

1 - 4 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, real estate finance, or similar analytical role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)

Hands-on experience with ARGUS Enterprise (modeling, updates, reporting)

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
