Responsibilities
Deliver Workstream Outcomes : Ensure successful delivery of assigned workstreams by collaborating closely with the Implementation Team and functional teams responsible for day-to-day execution
Implement Project Management Practices : Plan and utilize effective project management tools and processes, including recurring meeting cadence, status reporting, meeting documentation, deadline tracking, and timeline management
Define and Validate Requirements : Collaborate with functional teams to define requirements for development and deployment of workstream deliverables
Support Launch Planning and Stakeholder Management : Assist the Implementation Leader in developing launch plans, monitoring implementation timelines, and managing stakeholders for individual workstreams
Maintain Cross-Functional Alignment : Liaise with functional working teams through regular touchpoints to ensure adherence to overall project timelines and objectives
Maintain Stakeholder Engagement and Effective Communication : Ensure clear and timely communication among functional leads, stakeholders, and external partners through email, phone, and other correspondence channels
Qualification
Required
7+ years of complex project management experience
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and project management skills
Proven success with program management, being the go-to on projects where teams were looking to you for direction & clarity
Presenting data & analysis to tell a story or influence an audience
Experience combining data from multiple sources to perform analysis and simplify and synthesize the output
Proven ability to manage effectively in a fast paced, high pressure and high visibility environment
Preferred
Experience working with agile teams and managing the work in the ecosystem is a plus (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, Confluence, MSFT Suite of products, etc.)
