Responsibilities

Lead the Crisis Care Unit (CCU) and oversee critical behavioral health initiatives

Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in crisis care services

Support the Crisis Care Section through technical assistance, program planning and evaluation, policy development and analysis, budgeting and fiscal oversight, and program monitoring and performance improvement

Lead a multidisciplinary team effectively and apply logical and creative problem-solving approaches

Use a range of analytical methods to address complex policy and operational challenges

Present data-driven recommendations, both orally and in writing

Advise executive leadership and stakeholders on matters related to crisis care services

Required

Experience working in a health care or behavioral health care related field

Ability to lead a diverse group through competing goals

Experience with analysis, such as requirements in contracts, regulations, or grants

Ability to monitor compliance requirements and ensure quality improvement
