Drive strict adherence to engineering processes, project schedules, and deadlines by identifying risks early, resolving blockers, and holding teams accountable for on-time, high-quality releases
Maintain a hands-on technical role, including code reviews, architecture decisions, troubleshooting, and mentoring to uphold rigorous standards across the organization
Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to provide oversight, technical direction, and accountability, ensuring offshore teams take full ownership of product quality, delivery timelines, and technical standards
