Business Development Executive
Renova One is a company that delivers seamless renovation and restoration solutions for various properties nationwide. They are seeking a Business Development Executive responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets
Achieve all activity, pipeline and close rate expectations including lead conversion, cold calling, emailing, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders both locally and at district/regional levels
Conduct market research and leverage company-supplied data to identify industry trends and potential areas for growth
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth
Sell the Renova One value proposition of One Click One Call or 'OCOC' to build our brand though differentiation
Collaborate with internal teams, including client services, operations, marketing, and other salespeople to align sales strategies
Own the local execution of National Account programs and partner closely to provide valuable intel and feedback
Utilize the company’s CRM tool in accordance with established procedures
Participate in ongoing training as provided and required by the Company and effectively demonstrate skills post-training
Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings and company meetings
Successfully transition new customers to the Sales Account Executive
Safeguard all customer, employee, and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer and employee data is kept confidential
Qualification
Required
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust
Demonstrated ability to sell, influence, and negotiate, specifically related to acquiring new business
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Excellent time-management skills
Problem solving capabilities with an action oriented and results driven approach
Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and collaborate in a fast-paced and fluid team environment
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients and closing deals
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Valid US Driver's License and insured automobile is required
Ability to travel locally and rare overnight travel if required
Preferred
Experience in Multi-Family is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
