Associate Manager Technical Training
The Campbell's Company is a long-standing food manufacturer known for its trusted brands. They are seeking an Associate Manager Technical Training to lead the transformation of training programs at their Willard facility, focusing on modern, digital-first training experiences for employees. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and support compliance and capability development.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for hourly and salaried employees
Execute site onboarding and orientation programs
Drive adoption of digital training tools and platforms, including LED asset-level screens and self-service modules
Develop and coach a team of training coordinators using a train-the-trainer model
Partner with department leaders to build training matrices, accountability templates, and performance monitoring systems
Facilitate monthly frontline leadership training and support broader leadership development initiatives
Serve as a liaison between the site and the Supply Chain Training COE
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Qualification)
5 years of experience in training and development (Minimum Qualification)
Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Alchemy, Aveva Teamwork) and training technologies
Ability to work on the production floor and in strategic planning meetings
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment
Experience implementing digital training platforms and performance tracking systems
Familiarity with regulatory compliance training and leadership development programs
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to training evaluation
