Responsibilities
Build and operate production AI systems, including agentic workflows, orchestration, and tool calling
Design evaluation, monitoring, and safety systems to ensure reliable, measurable AI behavior
Develop private AI platform capabilities such as fine-tuning, inference optimization, and runtime performance improvements
Implement guardrails, policy constraints, auditability, and rollback mechanisms
Build clean APIs and tooling that make AI easy to integrate and scale
For senior roles, mentor engineers and raise the technical bar
Qualification
Required
6+ years building production software
Strong distributed systems fundamentals
Hands-on Docker/Kubernetes experience
REST/gRPC experience
Experience with evaluation frameworks
Monitoring experience
Production safety controls experience
Strong engineering judgment
