Responsibilities
Public Company Governance: Directing all SEC filings, public disclosures, and capital markets compliance to ensure the highest standards of transparency
Transactional Leadership: Acting as the lead legal architect for strategic M&A activity and complex commercial agreements
Executive Advisory: Serving as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, providing critical guidance on strategic risk and corporate structure
Operational Risk Management: Proactively identifying and evaluating legal risks associated with a large-scale portfolio of assets and evolving market regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven Public GC Tenure: You are a seasoned executive with a track record as a sitting General Counsel within a publicly traded company
Renewables Industry Expert: You possess significant experience in the renewable energy sector, with a deep understanding of unique legal and regulatory challenges
Strategic Business Partner: You are an agile thinker capable of navigating sophisticated executive dynamics while delivering modern, scalable legal solutions
