Responsibilities
Perform in-line and end-of-line inspections on assigned production lines
May perform first piece inspections depending on production requirements
Verify materials, components, and assemblies against drawings/specifications
Tag, segregate, and document nonconforming material per NCMR/DMR procedures
Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings to Quality and Production
Support production flow by escalating issues promptly
Assist with light assembly, kitting, or packaging tasks when inspection demand is low
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus
Ability to follow documented procedures with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
1–2 years of inspection, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
Basic knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, gauges) preferred
