Sales Development Representative
Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative. The role involves executing high volume outreach to potential clients, communicating with decision-makers, and setting up qualified meetings for account executives.
Responsibilities
Executing high volume outreach (200 calls, emails) daily
Translate technical concepts to address business solutions
Communicating with C Level decision-makers repeatedly and professionally
Prospecting research; identify the right contacts and tailor outreach
70-100 touchpoints per day
Leverage existing customer and lead base
Set up qualified meetings between prospect and account executive
Qualification
Required
High-energy, competitive sales professional with 2–3 years of experience and a strong drive to achieve and exceed performance goals
Comfortable in high-activity environments, executing consistent, high-volume outreach while maintaining focus, professionalism, and positive energy
Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection, slow days, and repeated outreach to senior-level decision-makers without loss of momentum
Highly coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to quickly adapt messaging, scripts, and approach to improve performance on a regular basis
Strong sense of personal accountability, demonstrating effective time management, preparation, and ownership of results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a discovery-minded, value-driven approach focused on booking qualified meetings
Skilled in prospecting and research, able to identify the right contacts, personalize outreach, and consistently drive conversations toward measurable outcomes
Technically capable and detail-oriented, with strong CRM hygiene, resourcefulness, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
