The Chief Product Officer will lead product strategy, ensuring products deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes for corporate treasurers and CFOs while building a strong product organization.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for an ERP-embedded payments platform built for global treasury teams

Lead products spanning domestic and cross-border payments, fiat rails, FX, liquidity, treasury workflows, reconciliation, and stablecoin-based settlement

Work closely with bank partners, payment rail providers, stablecoin issuers, and custodians to deliver compliant, reliable, and scalable payment capabilities

Partner with Sales and Finance to shape product packaging and positioning aligned to treasury ROI and cost-of-capital considerations

Serve as a senior company spokesperson in customer meetings, partner discussions, and industry forums

Build and lead a high-performing product organization with clear ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration

Partner closely with Engineering to ensure the platform meets enterprise expectations for security, reliability, availability, and scalability

Engage directly with treasury leaders to ensure the roadmap reflects how payments, liquidity, and controls operate inside large organizations

Required

15+ years of product leadership experience in payments

Proven experience building products for corporate treasury or finance users, from mid-cap to large enterprise

Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, payment controls, liquidity, FX, and regulatory compliance

Extensive experience working directly with banks, payment networks, or regulated financial partners

Ability to translate complex financial infrastructure into products that deliver clear, measurable business outcomes

Executive presence and comfort representing product externally with senior stakeholders

Experience with treasury management systems, ERP finance modules or embedded finance platforms

Deep exposure to stablecoins, digital asset custody or blockchain-based settlement

Experience building API-first, enterprise-grade platforms

Passion to drive digital currencies / stablecoins to market
