Responsibilities

Own the quote-to-cash systems architecture: Lead the design, governance, and roadmap for Zip’s revenue systems stack—primarily Salesforce, CPQ, and Spiff—with integrations into NetSuite and downstream finance tools
Drive automation across the revenue lifecycle: Build scalable integrations and workflows that eliminate manual handoffs between Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance, from opportunity through invoice
Lead system reimplementations and enhancements: Manage CPQ rollouts, billing system upgrades, and vendor transitions. Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate tools, and own delivery end-to-end
Ensure data accuracy across systems: Partner with Finance and RevOps to define and enforce ARR, booking, and billing definitions. Create a single source of truth for financial reporting and audit-readiness
Enable global operations: Build capabilities that support international growth, including multi-currency quoting, billing, and reporting
Support commissions automation: Partner with GTM Ops and Finance to automate compensation logic and payout workflows in Spiff
Be the connective tissue: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational pain points into scalable system solutions

Required

6+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or finance systems, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS
Deep expertise with Salesforce and CPQ tools (e.g., Subskribe, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, DealHub)
Experience designing quote-to-cash architecture with cross-system integrations (billing, revenue recognition, commissions)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and finance processes including order management and billing workflows
Experience working with data warehouses and reverse ETL tools (e.g., Snowflake, Census)
Strong project management and systems implementation background. You can lead complex cross-functional initiatives from design through delivery
Excellent analytical and communication skills. You can translate between technical and non-technical audiences with ease
A builder's mindset. You're comfortable getting into the details of a schema, a workflow, or an automation when needed
Collaborative, low-ego approach. You'll work seamlessly across Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering
