Classification and Compensation Analyst

Maintain and update HR systems (SAP), including classifications and organizational units
Respond to agency system requests and resolve HR data issues
Perform data validation and ensure HR data integrity
Coordinate system changes with HR stakeholders
Produce monthly HR systems update documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of HRIS or SAP experience
Experience supporting HR systems within a public-sector or large enterprise environment
Preferred
Experience adding classifications and organizational units within SAP
