Manage freight forwarding operations, including shipping, receiving, and import/export
Process shipments per DOT regulations and hazardous material labeling requirements
File documents accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
Utilize logistics software for shipment processing
Maintain detailed records and documentation for customs clearance
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries
Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of freight forwarding experience
1-3 years of shipping, receiving, and import/export operations experience
Familiarity with IMO, AES, and ISF documentation
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Preferred
University/college degree is a plus
Prior experience in global shipping management/customs clearance preferred
