Oversee invoice processing and payments
Reconcile banking and credit card accounts and monitor transactions
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close
Help with financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting tasks
Organize supporting documentation and assist with audits
Contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experienced in accounting, especially with QuickBooks Online
Skilled at handling AP/AR and account reconciliations
Attentive to details and highly organized
Clear and effective communicator
Comfortable working independently or with a team
