Responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Direct and oversee HR operations and procedures
Support benefits administration and manage HR policies and activities
Create and implement human resources’ strategic plan, including short and long-term goals
Manage the Executive Administrator who supports HR initiatives and office operations
Provide daily administrative support to the leadership team and employees across the agency

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
At least three to five years of proven success in a human resources role
Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Paychex or other ATS)
Strong skills in all MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong EQ and superior interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance needs of the organization and employees
Ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred

PHR and/or SHRM-CP
Experience using talent development and time tracking technologies
