Responsibilities
Deal Structuring: Assist sales in structuring quotes and guide on discount and contract terms
Approvals: Manage the review and approval process for non-standard requests with their guardrails, ensuring adherence to internal policies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure seamless communication and alignment on deals, and assessing financial implications of complex deals
Analytical Support: Analyze data to identify trends in win/loss & competitive reporting and provide data driven recommendations
Process Optimization: Help support leadership in recommending ways to streamline the end to end deal process to improve efficiency and deal cycles
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a finance, deal desk, legal, or sales operations role, preferably within a B2B software sales environment
Proven experience in understanding SaaS agreements and multi-element sales agreements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
