Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding of internal and external stakeholders into the Orchestra workflow environment
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual handoffs between briefing and final asset delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and continuous process improvement within Orchestra
Act as the strategic bridge between work-in-progress assets (Orchestra) and final storage in the Brand Asset Manager (DAM)
Ensure a seamless asset 'handshake,' with complete rights, metadata, tags, and technical specifications upon DAM ingestion
Partner with the Brand Asset Management team to audit integrations and overall system health
Establish, enforce, and scale global naming convention standards to ensure maximum asset discoverability
Own and evolve taxonomy and metadata frameworks in alignment with business and marketing needs
Conduct regular audits to ensure global and local teams adhere to governance standards from creation through archiving
Develop training materials, playbooks, and onboarding resources for new users
Champion a culture of operational excellence by clearly demonstrating the value of structured data and governance
Stay current on Content Operations and DAM industry trends to recommend innovative, future-ready solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Marketing Operations, Content Operations, Digital Asset Management, or Project Management (agency or multinational corporate environments)
Hands-on experience with workflow platforms (e.g., Orchestra, Workfront, Monday.com) and DAM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Cloudinary, Widen)
Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and file-naming conventions
Proven ability to operate within a complex, matrixed organization and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
