Assess current operations, mentor and coach staff, and implement ideas to improve staff morale and operational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Active RN license required
Previous perioperative leadership experience with a track record of staff development and operational improvement; clinical surgery or perioperative expertise strongly preferred
