Program Manager

Responsibilities
Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule in Microsoft Project to baseline and update regularly
Track labor, cost, and performance in Excel and reporting dashboards; produce monthly and quarterly summaries
Use IT service management ticketing workflows to execute assigned responsibilities
Develop and deliver stakeholder briefings using PowerPoint and written status reports
Create and deliver PowerPoint executive briefs for customer and internal program management review processes
Qualification
Required
Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or management-related discipline
At least 15 years of demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination and execution of technical or operational programs
Demonstrated ability to track schedules, coordinate tasks across multidisciplinary teams, prepare status reports and support issue resolution in a structured program environment
Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder coordination skills are required
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
