Salesforce RM Central Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Elicit and document requirements process flows and user stories for RM Central
Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness
Monitor production triage incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and fixes
Maintain knowledge artifacts SOPs and configuration documentation
Support release planning change management and stakeholder communications
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technology business analysis roles
Extensive experience in Salesforce and RM Central workflows
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination
Preferred
Insurance financial services experience preferred familiarity with compliance
