Responsibilities

Help stand up and lead our document accessibility & remediation offering
Define standards, processes, and QA expectations
Act as a senior compliance voice with public-sector clients
Support business development by lending credibility in conversations (not a sales quota role)
Oversee remediation specialists and ensure defensible delivery

Qualification

Digital Accessibility ManagementWCAG ComplianceADA CoordinationSection 508 ComplianceVendor ManagementClient AdvisoryPublic Sector ExperienceLeadership

Required

Real-world ownership of accessibility programs —ideally from government, higher education, or large public institutions
Former Digital Accessibility Manager, ADA Coordinator, Section 508 Lead, or Accessibility Program Manager
Experience working inside state or local government, higher education, transit authorities, or large public agencies
Direct exposure to WCAG / ADA / Section 508 compliance, especially related to documents (PDFs, forms, reports, scanned content)
Has managed or overseen vendors performing remediation, audits, or accessibility programs
Comfortable serving as a senior advisor to clients and internal teams

Preferred

Have dealt with audits, complaints, or compliance reviews
Have worked alongside procurement or legal teams
Are interested in leveraging their public-sector experience in a consulting leadership role
