InternCLD PR & Experiential Productions is hosting a Valentine’s-themed gifting event in collaboration with White Fox. The role involves assisting with event setup, guest management, and post-event production, providing a hands-on experience in event production and brand collaboration.

Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and production
Merchandising White Fox brand displays
Organizing and managing event inventory
Styling photo moments
Providing general support to our lead event producer
Guest check-in
Ushering guests
Assisting with product selection and content creation
Restocking the floor with product
Providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly
Help guide guests through different activation areas
Assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready
Assist with post-event production tasks
Dismantling signage and backdrops
Organizing and storing event supplies
Managing inventory of event materials
Providing administrative support such as contributing to post-event reporting or recap documentation
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be 18 or over to apply
You'll assist with event setup and production, merchandising White Fox brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producer
Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly
You'll assist with post-event production tasks, including dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory of event materials, and providing administrative support such as contributing to post-event reporting or recap documentation

Preferred
Working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role
Experience in marketing, public relations, or entertainment is a plus
