Responsibilities
Driving the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the UKG solutions within Baptist Health South Florida
Serving as the liaison between T&D, strategic stakeholders, entity partners, end users, and vendor partners
Ensuring UKG solutions capabilities align with organizational goals, workforce efficiency, and system integration across modules
Championing a system-thinking approach, ensuring that scheduling workflows integrate seamlessly with all UKG solutions enduring accuracy, labor compliance, and employee experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field required
Minimum of 3 years of experience with UKG Payroll, Advanced Scheduling or similar workforce management platforms
Strong understanding of workforce scheduling principles, labor policies, productivity metrics, and healthcare operations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to manage priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment
Operates with curiosity, courage, and a commitment to excellence
System thinker who values collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or system implementation within healthcare preferred
