Responsibilities
Define and implement web optimization strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance customer experience
Serve as a thought leader on digital best practices, emerging technologies, and optimization methodologies
Lead and mentor [digital team members], fostering a culture of innovation, continual improvement and accountability
Leverage platforms like Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, and other tools to identify friction points and opportunities
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor engagement, conversion, and overall digital performance
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve user experience and business results
Manage onsite search improvements and content gap analysis to meet evolving user needs
Champion A/B testing, personalization, and SEO strategies to maximize visibility and engagement
Partner with Marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of optimization initiatives
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize digital optimization, make data-driven decisions on customer experience, and adopt best practices across platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading strategic digital initiatives, user experience, digital analytics and web optimization, including 8+ years in leadership roles
Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies
Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in digital analytics, SEO, UX research, and optimization platforms and tools
Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Preferred
6+ years in the insurance and/or financial services industries
