Responsibilities
Support a variety of projects across Business and Personal Insurance, Employee Benefits, Human Resources Consulting, Accounting, Claims, Risk Management, and Sales
Participate in real-time client projects, gaining hands-on professional experience
Assist with departmental business development initiatives
Attend and support client meetings and appointments
Participate in networking events and professional activities
Support the sales process, including client engagement and meeting preparation
Provide general business and administrative support as needed
Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current Senior-level student or entering Senior year in Fall 2026; post-graduate candidates will also be considered
Preferred minimum 3.0 GPA
Major in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable using menu-driven software
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Strong organizational, research, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to support projects as needed
Must be 18 years of age or older
