They are seeking a highly motivated Information Management Intern to join their onsite technical support team, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting second-shift production needs.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and provide basic administration for hardware and software systems
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on IT equipment
Conduct basic network configurations and support network components
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for office and production users
Support production processes with technology needs and system functionality
Collaborate with HQ and global IM teams for aligned technology solutions
Assist with process documentation and other operational tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Computer Science, Networking & Infrastructure, or related field
Experience or familiarity with: Windows 10 & 11
Experience or familiarity with: Network printers
Experience or familiarity with: Basic networking concepts
Experience or familiarity with: Help desk support environments
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate, follow processes, and maintain clear documentation
On-the-floor technical support requiring standing/walking throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and reach as needed
Must be comfortable in a non–climate-controlled production area with varying temperatures
Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE when required
