Responsibilities
Support business development and account growth efforts across hi-tech and digital services clients
Participate in initial client conversations, including discovery calls and solution discussions
Understand client needs around software development, data, cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
Act as a bridge between clients and internal delivery/engineering teams
Assist in opportunity qualification, proposal support, and deal shaping
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including engineering, product, and IT leaders
Track pipeline activity and support account planning initiatives
Stay informed on industry trends, technology offerings, and client priorities
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in business development, client partner, account management, or consulting roles within the IT services or professional services industry
Prior experience working with hi-tech clients (product companies, SaaS, digital platforms, fintech, etc.)
Ability to hold high-level technical conversations around software projects (web, mobile, cloud, data, AI, enterprise platforms)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, and solution teams
Understanding of services sales lifecycle (discovery, proposal, engagement, expansion)
Preferred
Experience at IT services / consulting firms
Prior exposure to product companies is a strong plus
Familiarity with agile delivery models, managed services, or project-based engagements
Technical degree or strong technical aptitude preferred
