Responsibilities
Documenting end-to-end investment workflows, data flows, source-to-target mappings, and data definitions
Supporting system configuration, data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing
Enhancing portfolio management data applications to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Contributing to data governance practices
Supporting change management and end-user training
Designing dashboards and data visualizations for investment analysis and financial reporting
Providing advisory support throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, internal controls, information security policies, and agile governance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
5 years of experience supporting data for financial systems
10 years of experience eliciting and documenting business, data, and process requirements
5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis, data validation, and data mapping
5 years of experience extracting and analyzing large datasets using SQL (joins, aggregations)
5 years of experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations for Investment Accounting systems or investment data platforms
Preferred
Experience in the investment services industry, preferably within an asset management or asset owner environment
Knowledge of investment concepts, public and private asset classes, and portfolio/accounting workflows
Experience developing dashboards or reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Knowledge of REST APIs, low-code/no-code tools, and cloud-based data architectures
Professional certifications such as CBAP or CFA
