Defense Info Operations and AF Info Network Sustainment Senior Program Manager
Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Defense Information Network Operations and Air Force Information Network Sustainment. The role involves providing program oversight and developing strategy and policy to align with Department of Defense requirements, ensuring effective cybersecurity and network operations for the Air Force.

Responsibilities
Provide program oversight, translating DoW and Air Force vision and strategy into executable direction to the warfighter
Develop strategy and policy to ensure alignment with DoW requirements and inform PPBE submissions
Directly shape the future of the Air Force A6 cyber and comm enterprise by incorporating them into guidance to the field

U.S. Citizenships Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance
Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing
Knowledge of a wide range of cyberspace theories, concepts, principles and practices, procedures, policies, standards, operations requirements and the ability to relate to user requirements
Knowledge of Federal, DoD and USAF laws, regulations, policies, and guidance concerning DoDIN Ops and AFIN Sustainment and USAF program oversight
Knowledge of operational and performance characteristics of cyberspace to develop procedures/policies/practices for USAF wide use
Knowledge of performance characteristics of cyberspace equipment, systems, services, and transmission media to evaluate new devices, proposals, and approaches
Ability to research patterns to develop new methods, criteria or proposed new cyberspace policies and procedures
Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operations to meet program requirements and objective within available resources
Ability to access or locate information through the use of a personal computer, as well as, develop and utilize appropriate data collection techniques via various software programs
