Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products or features
Conduct well-rounded research to understand business goals, systems models, and customer models to create messaging that speaks to customers’ goals and promotes revenue-generating product offerings
Drive our ever-evolving product story forward through communication of our features and the benefits of new products to customers
Build and maintain close relationships with all customer-facing and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensure a smooth turnover to the implementation or support organizations that includes planning, training, and hand-off
Provide product training and guidance to the Sales organization
Develop trusted advisory partnerships and advocates with strategically selected customers and engage the right teams to ensure customer success
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
Embody and promote Jack Henry’s core values and culture, serving as a role model and ensuring alignment with organizational principles in all aspects of work
May perform other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market solutions, product management, and/or product growth with the ability to think and work creatively
Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, HelpScout, Jira, Figma, Wistia, Github, or CMS experience)
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment
Effective written and verbal communication, consultation, and presentation skills
Experience with cross-team collaboration and the ability to work toward strategic goals in a fast-paced team environment
Discipline to consistently self-start, self-serve, and work independently in a remote environment
Ability to travel up to 15% for business meetings and client site visits
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
