Responsibilities
Mount blades, set guides, adjust machine parameters (speed, pressure, tension) for different materials
Load raw materials (bar stock, sheet, tube) and sort finished parts
Measure workpieces with calipers/rulers, inspect for defects, and ensure conformance to blueprints/specs
Watch machines for proper function, clearing jams and adjusting as needed
Lubricate, clean, and perform minor repairs; replace worn blades/parts
Follow strict safety procedures (GMPs, clean room protocols) and maintain a clean work area
Qualification
Required
