Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally; greet and assist clients upon arrival
Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointment calendars for accountants and staff
Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and digital client files
Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, data entry, and basic correspondence
Mail Handling: Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including the secure handling of confidential tax documents
Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an office or administrative role (experience in an accounting or tax firm highly preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with modern office technology
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with total discretion
