Qualification
Required
Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles
Skills in financial reporting, auditing processes, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and resource management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to effectively lead and manage teams while fostering collaboration
Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree or CPA designation preferred
Proven experience in municipal finance or public sector financial management is highly desirable
