Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP) is a nationwide network of private endodontic practices dedicated to patient care, clinical excellence, and growth. They are seeking a strategic, growth-focused Regional Director of Operations to oversee operations across their practices in the Pacific Northwest, blending leadership, business acumen, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

Drive practice success by optimizing patient flow, expenses, and treatment counts

Champion patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns

Review regional performance metrics and present insights to leadership

Collaborate with doctors and administrators on personnel, marketing, and goals

Lead, mentor, and develop Practice Administrators to ensure operational efficiency

Oversee AR, payroll, scheduling, claims, and compliance

Foster a positive, engaged practice culture aligned with EPP values

Travel 4 days/week within the Pacific Northwest region, including Oregon, Washington, and Idaho; 1 day dedicated to administrative duties

Required

5+ years multi-site dental management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to analyze P&L and improve performance

Skilled in AR, claims, and office processes

Proficient with dental software and Microsoft Office

Must reside in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon or Washington state) with ability to travel between 8-10 practices throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho on a regular basis. Occasional travel to other states as needed for training, seminars, etc

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare management preferred
