Ensure that all customers receive timely customer services
Takes immediate action to address needs and resolve customer issues
Establish rapport and credibility with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service in a professional and respectful manner
Provide technical guidance using the KinderConnect Attendance System for all customers
Document interactions with customers as needed
Maintain and organize online documentation
Answer and route telephone calls, including providing appropriate information to customers on program services and requirements
This position requires someone with technical abilities to work multiple databases and knowledge of MS Outlook and data entry skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
