Responsibilities
Create and refine scalable components and patterns to ensure adaptability and consistency while improving overall product efficiency
Maintain and enforce documentation and best practices to drive design excellence and streamline workflows across the organization
Partner across cross-functional teams to align the design system with technical and business goals, fostering a unified experience
Guide teams through system adoption by providing resources and troubleshooting to ensure seamless usage and high-quality output
Actively gather feedback to close gaps, enhance usability, and evolve the system to drive innovation across all product lines
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional product design experience
2+ years of experience creating, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade design systems with a portfolio demonstrating successful adoption strategies
Proficiency in Figma for component development and tools like Storybook, Zeroheight, or Supernova for documentation and testing
Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and design teams to advocate for design principles and provide mentorship
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end development fundamentals
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate directly with developers on implementing pixel-perfect, scalable components in frameworks like React or Angular
Experience solving complex design challenges by developing solutions that align user needs with technical and business objectives
Prior experience designing products within the cybersecurity industry
