Responsibilities
Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications; This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing; Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently
Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
Ensure all processes are well documented
Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyze and determine failure points in the solution
Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end user acceptance testing for BPO applications and processes related to the XD project
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience required
Exposure to Agile program development methodology
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Consistent follow-through
Ability to multitask
Preferred
SAP knowledge preferred
