Responsibilities
Assemble, lead, and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and role definition
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and manpower is effectively scheduled
Create project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track financial performance through Work In Progress (WIP) reporting
Ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction throughout project execution
Identify, document, and mitigate potential project risks and issues
Evaluate and assess project results, ensuring alignment with initial goals and objectives
Implement and manage project changes as necessary to meet deliverables
Track and report project deliverables to stakeholders and senior management
Support, mentor, and provide guidance to team members
Allocate project resources efficiently to maximize productivity and project success
Define specific tasks and assign required resources accordingly
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within the AV industry
Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with AV systems, integration, and technology solutions
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred
