Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and support Salesforce applications to meet business needs
Design and deliver platform solutions leveraging custom objects, metadata, fields, flows, action plans, and reporting
Serve as a functional expert across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Configure and extend the data model, including advanced flows, dynamic Lightning pages, and complex formulas
Oversee data quality, access controls, and security best practices
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and scalability
Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements
Contribute to cross-functional project teams delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions
Support project planning efforts by helping define scope, constraints, and technical considerations
Operate within a SAFe Agile framework and keep project artifacts updated in the designated system of record
Assist with development or configuration work across additional tools or systems as needed
Perform testing, identify defects, and implement fixes or refinements
Coordinate with external vendors or consultants on future enhancements and releases
Engage stakeholders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
Work closely with IT partners to maintain platform stability and reliable integrations
Diagnose system issues and propose thoughtful, actionable improvements
Produce and maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
Consistently meet delivery timelines and service-level commitments while communicating risks early
Take ownership of assigned work and ensure initiatives are driven through completion
Provide guidance and mentorship to less-experienced team members

Custom Objects and Custom Metadata Types
Dynamic Lightning Pages (Lightning App Builder)
Complex Formulas
Reports & Dashboards
Data Integrity & Data Security (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Testing & Troubleshooting (programs/databases; defect correction)
Requirements Gathering & Analysis (for system changes/enhancements)
Solution Design & Implementation on Salesforce
Contract/Coordination with Third‑Party Consultants (co‑development and testing)
Agile / SAFe Practices (maintaining project info in system of record)
Documentation of System Processes & Procedure
