Responsibilities
Own the Narrative: Create high-converting content that tells our story. From deep-dive case studies and LinkedIn thought leadership to sales collateral that closes deals
Build the Growth Engine: Design and manage outbound campaigns and paid media targeting gym chains, universities, and sports organizations
Expand Our Reach: Identify and secure strategic partnerships, media appearances, and podcast spots to position us as a leader in the fitness industry
Pipeline Development: Qualify high-value leads and work hand-in-hand with sales to turn interest into a scalable revenue pipeline
Social & PR Management: Curate our social presence and act as the point of contact for media opportunities and PR
Analyze & Pivot: Use data to track what’s working, kill underperforming experiments, and obsessively hunt for new growth levers
Qualification
Required
3 to 6 years of experience. You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, demand gen, or growth roles
A natural communicator. You are a strong writer who can produce high-quality content without a lot of hand-holding
Proactive mindset. You are a self-starter who figures things out and builds solutions instead of waiting for a playbook
Industry knowledge. A background in fitness, sports, or health is very important to us and will be weighted heavily in our decision
Early stage experience. If you have worked at a startup or have experience selling to enterprise clients, that is a major plus
Results over resumes. A degree is optional. We care about what you can build and the results you can deliver
