The role involves developing outreach programs, coordinating educational activities, and fostering partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Responsibilities

Help oversee the business duties (ordering, stocking, maintaining website content)
Manages program budget and resources to ensure effective delivery of activities
Manage and maintain makerspace equipment, education space, and inventory
Attends regional health fairs to promote center activities
Develops and implements regional summer camps and after-school programs to promote job exploration, skills, and training
Establishes and maintains collaborations/partnerships with regional universities and community colleges
Helps design and deliver educational programs for teachers, guidance counselors, and community members related to job exploration, skills, and training
Maintain routine communication with the ACAT-Hazard personnel
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Some experiences in working with makerspace equipment such as 3D printers

Preferred

Some CAD/3D Printing Experience
