Responsibilities

Partner with B2B Channel Sales Enablement leaders to plan, track, and deliver the production of sales enablement digital assets, programs, and initiatives
Own production plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, editorial, publishing, copywriters, and localization vendors to ensure alignment and execution
Drive intake, prioritization, and scheduling of B2B enablement work to support program goals
Monitor program progress, identify risks or gaps, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
Support program operations including forecasting inputs, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and execution readiness
Prepare and deliver clear program updates, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership
Document processes, workflows, and best practices to enable repeatable execution
Help ensure enablement projects and programs are scalable, measurable, and consistently executed worldwide

Required

5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations roles supporting sales enablement, or go-to-market initiatives
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications across global teams
Ability to clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
