Responsibilities

Supporting the SMM (Strategic Meetings Management) program through the coordination and execution of small to mid-scale internal and client events taking place in EY offices
Facilitating the usage of Small Meeting Technologies (SMTs) for off-site events while adhering to the EY Meetings & Events (M&E) guidelines
Sourcing room blocks of 20-99 cumulative
Assisting with registration sites through our Small Meeting Technology, Planned
Partnering with meeting sponsor and/or requester to understand the requirements of their events
Following EY guidelines starting from the event pre-approval process
Recommending the best approach based on the assigned SES Service Level
Collaborating with SMTs/EY teams on the event logistics throughout the lifecycle of the event
Delivering exceptional experience and adhering to EY policies and SES key goals and objectives
Consistently and seamlessly delivering meetings and events that add to the success of the meeting’s objectives
Maximizing value for the firm and optimizing the meeting’s budget
Managing all logistical aspects of the meeting on-site which may require extended hours of work and ability to move quickly to multiple function locations
Informing and making recommendations to leadership regarding competing priorities and resource management issues
Utilizing Event Coordinator tools to enhance the overall stakeholder and event experience
Maintaining data in a timely and accurate manner
Completing all EY required LEAD and Success Factor functions
Managing SES special business projects

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of events, including event software and web registration
Strong customer service focus and adherence to EY policies
Excellent communication and strong teaming skills
Ongoing attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities
Expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Excel, Word, etc)
