Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for designing, building, and shipping features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
Work closely with product and leadership to define what to build, not just how to build it
Own meaningful projects that drive customer adoption and revenue impact
Help establish engineering best practices as we continue to scale
Have the freedom to move fast, test ideas, and iterate based on real user feedback
Work with a uniquely valuable dataset that enables companies to hire smarter and faster at scale
Qualification
Required
BSCS or equivalent technical degree preferred
4 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
We're mostly tech agnostic, but familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Postgres would be helpful
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and modern web application development
Preferred
Background in early-stage startups (Seed - Series B), or later-stage companies known for world-class engineering or product culture
