Manager, Deal Desk

Responsibilities

Implement pricing strategies into deal process for new and existing products
Coordinate cross-functional input on non-standard deal terms
Support pricing and compliance standards aligned with commercial policy
Act as a strategic advisor for sales leadership, analyzing deal economics, optimizing pricing structures and client strategies
Oversee complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition policies and go to market strategies
Drive continuous process improvements for deal structuring and contract management using tools like Salesforce and (future) CPQ systems
Monitor non-standard deal performance through metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience (5 years+) in $1B+ organizations in pricing and deal management, preferably in Healthcare/Health tech, or technology companies with an underlying skill set in SaaS, DaaS, etc. pricing constructs
Deep understanding of pricing models, deal profitability and financial metrics of complex deals
Strong analytical, negotiation and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) a plus
Proficiency in pricing software/CPQ and tools
